JAMES DUNCAN

Born in New York and raised through formative experiences around the world, James Duncan brings a global perspective to his design approach. Living in cities and regions such as Vancouver, Paris, Sotogrande, Jamaica, Manhattan, Sri Lanka, Italy, and Africa deeply shaped his aesthetic sensibility and understanding of place. With academic roots in journalism and art, and early professional experience in investment banking, James developed a unique ability to bridge creativity and business. Strongly influenced by his academic parents, passionate renovators and art collectors. His work reflects a deep appreciation for art, literature, and thoughtful design. James is a cofounder and principal designer, leading the creative vision of the firm.
JAVIER HEUSER
[ PARTNER ]
Javier Heuser is an entrepreneur with deep expertise in real estate development, asset repositioning, and strategic business planning. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program (OPM 56). Javier is an active member of YPO Miami and has served on the Board of the Heuser Family Group since 2010, where he has played a key role in defining strategy, driving professionalization, and supporting international expansion. With a strong analytical background and long-term investment mindset, Javier focuses on structuring sustainable ventures and guiding projects from concept through execution.
