This five-bedroom unit was the first of our Cape Dutch-inspired custom homes. With its graceful lines, reminiscent also of Bermudian architecture, we bring an island vibe back to Miami. These homes are a much-needed departure from the clumsy Key West imitations, dreaded Florida faux Mediterranean and ill-proportioned contemporaries. Hampton House is a beautiful, architect-designed custom home offering gas lanterns, open-plan living, and a large kitchen with a banquette overlooking the garden. The pool creates a dramatic connection between the covered terrace and the summer kitchen. The primary bedroom has its own wing. It features an upstairs family room, a large open terrace, and ample family bedrooms.
